IIRC you even get pop-up text on your screen that says you can drag it in skillbar.

I assume he means it keeps popping up every time he visits the garrison and its starting to annoy him. I drag then drop the ability to make room for macros and that thing pops back up all the time its annoying for me lol

Put it on a bar you don't use I guess? I don't know, once I forgot it was on a bar I hid through Elvui and completely forgot that it was there. Looked around for a few minutes trying to find it.

If you use a action bar addon, make a one button bar, drag it on there, keybind it if you want and hide the bar. Gone forever.
