Hugh Jackman - He's just easy and enjoyable to watch.
He's not intrusively attractive/unattractive like all other Hollywood actors. He doesn't over- or underact and his voice is clear and powerful. By Hollywood standard he's probably viewed as very mediocre in his acting and appearance but that is a good thing as mediocrity is a rarity in film and a skill not mastered by many.

DiCaprio and Cotillard.
If my libido is choosing it would be Kate Blanchett. If not, probably Christoph Waltz.

Joaquin Phoenix as a runner up.

There's so many I love watching. Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Caine, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, Christoph Waltz, Matthew McConaughey, Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Jennifer Lawrence, Kevin Spacey...
I think it's currently a toss-up between Matthew McChonaughey and Leonardo DiCaprio.
