Hugh Jackman - He's just easy and enjoyable to watch.

He's not intrusively attractive/unattractive like all other Hollywood actors. He doesn't over- or underact and his voice is clear and powerful. By Hollywood standard he's probably viewed as very mediocre in his acting and appearance but that is a good thing as mediocrity is a rarity in film and a skill not mastered by many.

Idris Elba. I just don't think his role choices have been too great over the last year.

Also, Zeljko Ivanek. He pops up in random small roles all the time and always stands out.

    Danny D. and Lexington Steele.

They bring out the best in their female co-stars.
    You cared enough to post.

I was upset at his short stint in Banshee.

It's hard to only choose one. But I am in a Gary Oldman phase right now.

Hard to say. Definitely comes in phases which depends on their current work. Currently probably Kevin Spacey then Christian Bale. Favorite actress I'd probably have to give to Jennifer Lawrence right now.

If my libido is choosing it would be Kate Blanchett. If not, probably Christoph Waltz.

Matt Damon, mainly because he chooses his roles very well, (apart from Elysium).

Joaquin Phoenix as a runner up.

I liked Elysium decently and I thought he was pretty good for the role. Do you say this because you didn't like the movie or do you feel he wasn't a good fit for it?

There's so many I love watching. Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Caine, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, Christoph Waltz, Matthew McConaughey, Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Jennifer Lawrence, Kevin Spacey...

I think it's currently a toss-up between Matthew McChonaughey and Leonardo DiCaprio.
