I request analysis of our Blackhand attempts. We have been able to steamroll the first 9 bosses with a bit of progression and are getting flustered being that we have not set foot in mythic. Our plans were to have blackhand down last week so we could jump into mythics this week. We have killed heroic blackhand, but with the aid of pugging about 1/3 of the people because we were raiding overtime on some nights/extra nights.
I am the mage. I am mainly looking for any recommendations from a numbers aspect (for our entire raid), healing aspect, or any others you may be able to give me from looking at these logs.
I want to thank all that reply in advance and I appreciate any insight you could give me.
It's not really rocket science for blackhand, just look at the problems tab in warcraftlogs. You have players standing in slag bombs, being grouped up to much in P2 and thus taking excessive explosive round damage, getting hit by battering rams, getting hit by marked for death/impaled (when the tanks should be soaking).
The damage from the adds around the edge of the P2 arena ramps up as P2 progresses, you can see that here: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...aken&target=61, it's a soft enrage for that phase, so as you approach the p2/p3 transition the healing becomes quite intense and small mistakes like sharing explosive round damage or setting off a slag bomb usually result in a death or two and then a wipe.
