As the post title states I'm looking for a new guild to call my home. My current guild is most likely going to break up due to lack of leadership and a halt to raiding. In lieu of that its my best interest to relocate to another guild that can fulfill my raiding needs. I am looking for a core spot.
A little about me,
I've been raiding since Burning Crusade, I consider myself a 'non-casual raider' I take my raid nights as a commitment. I live in the Eastern Time Zone and I am a horde player. I'd prefer to remain on horde side however under special circumstances such as optimal raid times I am willing to be flexible on that. Currently my main is an elemental shaman with a competent restoration offspec. I will not play restoration as my main spec but i am willing to fill in if there ever is the need for it.
What I expect from guilds recruiting me,
I ask for a friendly and mature environment where people know when to joke but at the same time understand when it is time to take things seriously.
Consistent progression, and a goal oriented leadership.
A competent raiding team where everyone is expected to play their best and have fun at the same time.
My optimal raid times are from 7-9pm until midnight Eastern time I can be flexible on my days also.

If the majority of the raid still needs Heroic then we will do Normal at 5 PM and if they do not we will replace Normal with Heroic.
Challenge Modes Needs:

<Scrubless> 8/10H is a US-Thrall Horde raiding guild currently seeking active raiders in preparation for Mythic progression. Our current raid times are 8:30pm EST to 12:00am EST on Tuesday's and Wednesdays. There is a possibility of adding a third progression day (Thursday) once Mythic BRF progression begins.
We are currently recruiting ALL ranged classes with strong desires for a well versed Boomkin, Shadow Priest and Ele Shaman. Multi-spec healing classes are strongly encouraged to apply.
We currently have a 2 week trial period and handle loot on an EPGP DKP Reloaded system using attendance and availability to deal effort points to the raid, with a 10% weekly decay. We require a few small addons in order to raid, such as WeakAuras 2 (you do not have to know how to create the auras, they will be linked to you), a boss mod addon, and GTFO as a minimum.
We provide a relaxed fun environment to raid in, while maintaining a solid focus on progression. We use Ventrilo to communicate and also do extra activities while not raiding such as older content and helping with the gearing of alts.
Once the trial period is passed we will assist or reimburse transfer costs once a certain time frame of commitment is met.
