It's funny to me that Ellis thought that anyone would give a fuck about print in the future. I guess 1997 is too early to have sussed out the importance of video weblogs and podcasts.

I've not heard anything about this for years. I remember they were talking about adapting to film about 5 years back. I've heard nothing since.

Yeah, it's still a damn interesting bit of writing, felt HL Mencken and Hunter Thompson in there, their influence was pretty strong.
