Hello everyone! I'm one of the raid officers of Permutation, a semi-hardcore, progression focused raiding guild on the US server Cho'gall with a two-night schedule. We're a group of people who are very experienced raiders and who have come together this expansion to try and create a team capable of performing at the highest level without the stress of raiding every day for many hours.

What we're currently looking for is:
Warrior dps
Shaman dps (enhancement / elemental)
Windwalker monk
Shadow priest
Retribution paladin
Moonkin Druid
Warlock

We have a group of approximately 17 right now and are looking for skilled players to round off that number and move into mythic.
Our raid times are:
Sun 9 pm - midnight EST
Mon 9 pm - midnight EST

What we're looking for in a dps:
Attendance - I think this one is pretty self-explanatory. We understand that people have a lot going on so we only have two scheduled raid nights a week. Because of this, attendance is incredibly important and we expect you to be there.

• Focus - Again, because we raid less than other guilds we need to make up the lost time in focus. This means that we expect people to be ready to raid from start to finish and to give it their all in that three hour block.
  
• Skill / Commitment - We upload logs from every scheduled night and review them as well. This means that there are always avenues to improve yourself, so we expect you to take advantage of them.
  
• Friendliness - This one is self-explanatory as well, but we try to create a friendly atmosphere in the guild and being a jerk or otherwise unsavory person will be frowned upon.

A little bit more about the guild:
We use a loot council system which we believe to be the most fair, and trials are not discounted from receiving loot. We do other raids (like H Highmaul or N BRF) on off days, so there's always something going on (generally speaking). Our trial period is two weeks, which we believe is long enough for you to get to know us and us to get to know you as a person and a player.
