[A] [EU] Horizons - The Maelstrom (5/7M, 1/10M) Recruitment

< Horizons > is recruiting skilled players with a positive attitude for 20-person Mythic raiding in Warlords of Draenor. To cut to the chase, we are interested in the following:

- 1 Holy Paladin (High Priority)
- 1 Hunter (Medium Priority)

Specifically we are highly interested in anyone who knows how to play his/her class to the max, and brings a positive attitude to our raids.

So in short, any exceptional player who knows, loves and masters his/her class. Being skilled (and later on, geared) in an offspec is highly appreciated and in some cases might be mandatory.

After spending four years on Jaedenar EU we switched in the summer of 2011 to The Maelstrom EU, Alliance side. People come and go, but we have a pretty stable core, with quite a few members having been around since the very beginning of the guild. The secret of our success? Stable, solid progress while keeping the focus on having fun.

You won't hear any raidleader yelling his lungs out during our raids. If you mess up, you will be expected to improve. If that is not something you can do, you probably won't make it past trial. We like to keep an constructive raiding atmosphere, because we play to have fun, right!? We tend to bring the player, not the class. So if you have excellent skills and a positive attitude, even after a couple of hours of progress on the same boss, you're most likely to be awarded accordingly in terms of a solid raid spot and gear.

We expect our members to gear themselves optimally for their class and role, come prepared with raid and food buffs, be on time for raids, and maintain a 85% attendance. However, probably even more important: We expect you to bring a positive attitude. If you want to whine and moan about every little thing during a raid, you're better off in another guild.

About the server:

The Maelstrom is a server connected to Lightning's Blade, Karazhan and Deathwing. It is neither a crowded server plagued with queues, nor is it a dead server, nor is it a completely imbalanced server in terms of the Horde:Alliance ratio.
