Who are Unified
Unified is a guild created with the dedication to compete as a "well known", guild on the realm. We're going to achieve this by any means necessary. We're a very motivated bunch of raiders eager to prove our worth. We are currently raiding 3 days a week, however based on progression this may stretch into four days. The days of which we are currently raiding are the following:
Like previously mentioned above, there's a chance week on week a fourth day may be added. This would typically be the Monday, from the times of 20:30-23:00. This is to push progression where the officers in the guild feels its necessary.
What we are recruiting, and why
We are currently recruiting to strengthen our core mythic team, be this to replace a raider who is under-performing or to add an additional member to our team. Whilst Unified' progression, is not terrible, it's not great either. We are recruiting the best Silvermoon has to offer to push progression swiftly, in the way it should be going.
What we expect off applicants
We expect nothing but your best performance in every raid, regardless of how many wipes are issued, and regardless of tension. Anything less than the best of performance is not acceptable. We expect 100% dedication to achieving 10/10 mythic and for applicants to contribute to that if given a trial.
This goes without saying, especially for a 20 man mythic guild. We're aiming to stabilise the raiding roster with a "core" progression team. Ideally, this would mean having around 25 active raiders, 5 of which will be ready for standby each raid for it's entire duration. Some encounters favour specific classes/specs and for this reason we want to ensure we have all basis covered for progression.
100% attendance is mandatory, anything less than this and you will fail trial, again, we need stable raiders who are committed to attending our raid times.
