help building 1st pc

ok i am looking at the newest puppy build mmo champ posted,
and would like to know a few things,i can get must the stuff now,what should i buy 1st and the rest i can get later
i can do 300$ now i dont want the price going back up on those parts.
and how much better is that video card over the geforce gt 620 im using now?

was planing on getting the cpu,gpu and motherboard 1st
is that a good plan it wold be about a week til i can get the rest.
