So I have been thinking about changing my routes race since I am currently playing a undead female combat Rouge. What race should I refill to? Is there any the can boost my spam in some sort of way as combat?

125 Food was not out when this graph was done. But I doubt that does much to the graph it self. Pandarean relies on you being alive for the entire duration of the fight too, so not really that reliable compared to on use racials.

I understand where you are coming from, but for alliance the NE shadowmeld racial isn't meant to be used as a dps boost, but as Subt it gives you an extra Find Weakness each CD. There are slight differences between races that help individual classes and specs, that is what he is asking for. Since I play alliance I cannot answer your question though... Sorry!

I usually pick blood elf whenever possible for new characters because the aoe silence/interrupt is just such an amazing spell for utility.

Especially for things like CMs when you do big pulls and are able to chain multiple arcane torrents, or most recently during M Oregorger progress I was able to save us a lot of Blackrock Barrages because I had another emergency interrupt for when I or someone else in the rotation had their main interrupt on CD.

Belf, mainly for the looks.

Though troll has a nice CD that you can time with AR or other CD's but they're all pretty baseline right now. So my opinion, pick something you'll enjoy looking at when you play.

Orc for Sub.

Belf if you don't like either of those.

Trolls and Orcs give a tiny dps increase if you use their racial every time they are off cool down
BUT
In reality, pick the race that you like the looks of the best.
Belf is great because the extra interrupt is very useful for those OH CRAP moments.
Undead has water breathing that helps but that's about it.
Orc - tiny dps increase and has great shoulders
Troll - tiny dps increase but no shoes
Goblin - tiny dps increase with rocket jump
Panda - tiny dps increase through food but has a beer belly

So if you are a lore guy, pick Belf - rogues who are known to be the best Mage and Warlock killers, Undead rogues are known to be best assassins, Orc rogues are rentless, Trolls love the poisons, goblins are mercenaries thru and thru, and pandas .... love beer.

Besides looks and lore, race really doesn't matter
