One of my favourite things about pi (and other irrational numbers) is that they are reasonably good proof that we are not living in the matrix because computers don't do so well with the infinite. If pi truly never resolves then a computer would spend all of time trying to resolve it, so the matrix wouldn't run properly if we were in it in a world with irrational numbers.

It's always pi day on 3/14. Because pi is 3.14. Then you add in the rest of the stuff and it's a pretty special pi day.

To say today Pi = 3.1415 is just wrong, mathematically wrong

This year's "special" Pi day is lie, a dirty despicable rotten unmathematical lie

If we started rounding pi to 3.1415, our whole world would collapse, satellites would fall out of the sky, etc
