ABOUT US
That Guild is a semi-hardcore guild which raids 3 times per week and is dedicated to pursuing the latest tier of content and having a blast doing it. Every member of our team is carefully selected for their skill, dedication to their class, and personality. Ability to fit in with our raid team is absolutely key

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
That Guild is extremely judicious in who we select to raid. Successful applicants to our Raid Team will possess the following attributes:

- Extensive knowledge of your class mechanics and all raid encounters. Our members are 100% committed to the mastery of their chosen class. In a raid environment, however, we feel that it is equally important for each raider to have a general knowledge of each raider's role (tanks, healers, DPS), what will be required of everyone in order to have a successful pull, and how he/she will work with everyone else to make that a reality.

-Total preparedness prior to the raid. This includes gems, enchants, potions, food, and whatever else you may find that you will need during the raid. We have a few short hours during the week with which we can progress, and it is important that we do not spend that time waiting for a member of the Team to take care of things they could easily have done beforehand.

-Good attendance habits. We understand that real life is a thing, and sometimes conflicts arise which lead to an inability to raid certain nights. When this happens, we expect and require Raid Team members to inform other members of the Team as soon as possible, and before the raid begins. Failure to do so will be frowned upon. Severely.

-Ventrilo. We use it, and if you raid with us, you will too, both in terms of listening and speaking. Therefore, we expect every Raid Team member to have a working microphone.

-A good attitude. Though we all love to have a good time and take steps in raid to ensure this, we expect a high level of focus in every member of the Raid Team. Members should know when it's time to laugh, and when it's time to get serious. Further, we expect both in the raid and outside of the raid for all members of the Raid Team to be good, pleasant people who represent the guild well. We frown on drama, trolling, and general douchebaggery. We believe that every one of our raiders is a representative of our guild. People who engage in these practices will not represent our guild for long.
