Transitioning NM Oregorger After Rollout Phase?

Our tanks die instantly to br barrage and acid torrent immediately after he finishes his rollout phase. The pools also start so fast our dps die to ticking damage before we have a chance to regroup. It's very hard to interrupt the barrage too because the boss is sometimes on the opposite side of where we position. Is there anything we can do to smooth out the transition between phases?

Look at the guide above. None of the stuff you mentioned actually comes "immediately" when the phase ends. There is no ticking damage except standing in pools (hint: move). Both blackrock barrage and acid torrent have at least 8-10 seconds before they start.

Basically the boss only stops at intersections (T-junctions). Mark them up and anticipate when a roll phase will end. Then just say "We're tanking him on blue, stack up at the end of that corridor".

Watch the boss's mana pool, or DBM warnings telling you Ore (80)... Ore (90) etc.

You can be in position long before any of his abilities start firing again.
