Yellow circles on Marked for Death targets

I see on Youtube and Twitch people having yellow HUD-style circles mark the location of Marked for Death targets on Blackhand Mythic.

Anyone know what addon or weakaura string that puts those circles up?

It's default in DBM since 6.1.

It's the HUD feature in the newest versions of DBM.

You, uh, won't find a WeakAura doing that, because it involves lots of stuff that WA doesn't help with, and pretty much nothing that it does.
