[H]Phased-Karazhan LFM for fun, casually hardcore raiding =)

WHO WE ARE

Phased is a fun-loving, casually hardcore guild looking to progress through Warlords of Draenor normal and HC PVE content and enjoy ourselves while doing so. We are made up of friendly experienced hardcore raiders who, due to RL constraints, can no longer put in the hours today’s whippersnappers can. We raid twice a week and (in our pre-Phased incarnation) nabbed “Ahead of the Curve: Imperator’s Fall” before BRF launched.

While it’s true that we value talented players and progression (and with our limited raiding schedule, we aim to be efficient and make the most of our raiding time), most importantly we want to have a laugh and have fun getting those bosses down. WoW is a game, not a job, and the last thing we want is for our raids to become more work than fun. If you’re after a guild that cheerfully mows down bosses and takes a light-hearted, optimistic approach to progression, then we’re the guild for you.

We’re looking for more members to join us for a fun raiding experience and steady progression. Currently we’re in need of:

• 3-4 ranged dps (any class)

Highmaul Progression: 7/7 N, 7/7 HC (pre-BRF launch)

Blackrock Foundry Progression: 7/10 N, 1/10 HC (10/10 N, 7/10 HC as of 05/04/15)

Loot Rules: MS > OS > transmog. Priority goes to regular raiders and those with the lowest ilevel in the relevant slot.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• TeamSpeak 3, a working mic and Deadly Boss Mods/BigWigs.
• A solid grasp of how to play your class/spec.
• Must familiarise yourself with boss tactics prior to every raid – we recommend at least checking out Line of Sight Gaming’s 2-Minute Tips videos or FatBoss TV videos.
• Punctuality - we raid Thursdays and Sundays from 19:15 - 22:30 CET (occasionally extending to 23:00 CET during progression). Please be logged in on time so we can get the raid pulling trash and bosses by 19:30.
• We provide feasts, but please sort out your own flasks/enchants etc prior to the raid (those who raid with us regularly and are not raiding cross-realm, we can provide you with flasks and enchants as well).
• A sense of humour, someone who enjoys silly banter between pulls.
