Which trinket should I equip?!

So I got the strength trinket off flamebender my BIS because I go with a mastery build. But, my question is. Which one should I be replacing. I have the scabbard and the trinket off tectus heroic w/ a gem slot. I've been thinking to switch the scabbard finally so I can get the 310 strength. It sucks that I may have to change that trinket because it lines up with our burst so well. I'm unholy btw forgot to mention that. But yeah any help or opinions would bf appreciated.

I dont think switching Scabbard is a good idea unless you get a second trinket from BrF. Its proc is huge, plus it lines up with Garry. Don't let the 5 ilvl difference fool you.
There was a sim with trinkets performance but can't find it atm.

I would use the Scabbard and the trinket from Flamebender, if you want to be 100% certain you can use this addon: curse . com/search?search=Stat+Weight+Score
and use these simulations: hornofwinter . com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/stats.png , It will say how much of an upgrade each item will be.
