Can someone link me the spi to mana conversion?

How many mana does 1 spi give in terms of mana per 5?

1 spirit converts approximately to 2.06 MP5 in combat, and double the amount out of combat.
In addition, a big chunk of our regen is baseline, at level 100 it's 0.4% mana per second, or 3200 MP5, and additional 326 MP5 from water shield.
