SV opening rotation vs. standard priories

I wonder if the standard priories for SV hunters also applied at the beginning of the fight when no DOT ticks are effective.
Isn't it better to start with Black Arrow and Arcane/Multi so the DOT ticks will start and only than go to the standard rotation of SV?

When referring to the "standard rotation" of SV, I'm referring to the updated Icy Veins rotation that put Black Arrow and Arcane/Multi far back

Cast Explosive Shot Icon Explosive Shot
----If you have a Lock and Load AND/OR
----If the 4-Part Tier 17 Set Bonus buff is not up.
Cast Arcane Shot, if you have a Thrill of the Hunt proc and you have over 75% Multistrike.
Cast Explosive Shot.
A Murder of Crows
Cast Black Arrow.
Cast Explosive Trap.
Cast Glaive Toss or Barrage, depending on your talent choice.
Cast Arcane Shot to dump your Focus.
----Make sure to use Arcane Shot at least once every 15 seconds in order to keep up Serpent Sting. The ideal time to refresh Serpent Sting is when there are 5 seconds left on its duration.
Cast Cobra Shot (or Focusing Shot, if you have taken this talent) to generate Focus.

I've been maining Survival for a while now and I find this to be the "best" opener that suits my playstyle and gear.

With 4 set on singel target:

Prepot + trinket
Explosive Shot (to proc the 4 set buff)
Arcane Shot (to get serpent sting rolling)
Black Arrow
Stampede
x2 Explosive Shots

--> "normal" rotation

With 4 set on multiple target:

Prepot + trinket
Exploisve Shot (to proc 4 set buff)
Multishot (to apply serpent sting on everyone)
Barrage
Black Arrow (on main target)
Stampede (on main target)
x2 Explosive Shot
Multishot (depending on thrill procs + multi %)

--> procced with normal rotation
