addon to silence those whining NPCs in Ashran faction hub

Those whining NPCs in Warspear are my biggest hatred of the entire zone. They try to entice people to join ashran, but all they do for me is make me not want to go there even more. On top of that, they're distributed in such a way that no matter where I am, there's always one of them just close enough to appear in my chat frame, making what's actually important, like trade chat, harder to follow.

Is there an addon that can just make them shut the hell up without having to disable all NPC messages?

Disabling NPC /say messages is likely your only option. Im not saying such mods dont exist, but ive never heard of one that filters only specific text messages without simply turning the text off.

Months ago, back when i still cared about my garrison, i turned off /say messages because i got tired to that stupid Apexis mission troll in the Horde command center. Cant say that i miss it really.
