Hi there , I am currently 10/10 H 2/7M 7/7H horde warlock was in a semi causal raiding guild composed of long time friends that went sour and now looking for a little more progressed stable guild .I am tight on funds and looking for the right suited guild for mythic progression I have been playing since vanilla didnt start hardcore raiding until wrath have had much heroic raid /AoTCs ( or what you would consider that to be since there fairly new and heroic was mythic back then ofc) experience during wrath-MoP with a few short breaks here and there I am looking for a raiding guild that has at least 1 mythic boss down on brf (pref 2 to 4+) so I know im not going to be going into a guild that's not going to progress as I will be stuck there I also am looking primarily for a 2-3 day a week guild that doesn't raid on Sunday or Wednesday nights EST if possiable. Our Expectations

Our experience has forged a history of achieving consistent top 3% US rankings on significantly reduced schedules compared to our competitors. We require all members to be self-starters.

1) Be viable and skilled in the different specs of your class. While you may have a primary role (healers, dps, tank), there may come times when we need more flexibility to progress on a specific boss.

2) Be prepared for raids. Always be well stocked on flasks, food, and potions. Review boss fights beforehand and have a general understanding of fight mechanics before our first pull.

3) Maintain a healthy garrison. If you are someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to play WoW outside of raids, those few minutes a day will really help you stay on top of crafting materials and epic caches.

4) Max character optimization. Always be equipped with the best enchants and gems for your gear and spec.

5) Combat log assessment. Be proactive in performing post-raid self-assessments via parse digging on Warcaft logs.

Ignite At a Glance:
Ignite is a guild on the Mug'thol server (PvP-PST) consisting of dedicated and experienced players. We look for skilled and mature individuals who have a drive for endgame progression.


We raid three nights a week for three hours during progression. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST. After progression is over we will settle into a farm schedule of two-three nights a week.


Our loot is decided by a Loot Council system. Several factors come into play that decide loot. Attendance, what you do for guild, performance, and overall personality of whether we feel you will be a long term member or just on for raids to pick up loot. We have no tolerance for loot drama, so if you raid exclusively for loot, this probably isn't a good fit.


We expect our raiders to use the best available consumables and have their gear gemmed/enchanted with the best available gems and enchantments. Other things such as Ventrilo, essential raiding mods, and the ability to listen and follow directions go without saying.


We are a Semi hardcore guild. What that means is we expect people to show up ready to raid. We do raid a lot less then most guilds and in order to do this we need people to show up ready. Knowing fights / Flasks / Pots / Food ready to go. We do supply Feasts / Flasks for guild. We post all fights on our website. We are all adults 24-27 for the most parts. No one wants to show up and waste time to teach people.

It's a pretty tight knit group that respects one another and has a core that spends a lot of time looking at logs/forums and theory crafting sites to make sure everyone's doing their job. Despite being laid back we still want to down as many bosses as quickly as we can, when we are raiding we take it seriously and everyone is expected to know their job before we go in.

We have improved drastically from HM where we were 1/7 a couple weeks before BRF came out. We have been pushing BRF every week and need just a couple other players that are on par for us to get into Mythic. The guild has been raiding together since SoO where we were 6/14M, only the core from that group still remain and the guild has been strengthened with a lot of new recruits recently. We currently have a good group of 18 Mythic ready with a few on the bench that don't have the attendance we want.

We don't require lots of experience just that you're willing to learn and take the steps needed to learn the fights before we enter the boss room. If you're under performing outside of us letting you know, it'll be on you to fix those problems. We have a very knowledgeable group that takes the time to see how everyone is performing.

Tuesday 8-11 CST
Wednesday 8-11 CST
Thursday 8-11 CST

What we expect
Be online 15 minutes before the scheduled raid time ready to go. You do NOT need to be on sooner than that
Have all your enchants/Food/Flasks ready before raid time.
Let us know 24 hours in advance if you have to miss a day.
Keep a level head(take constructive criticism, take steps to always be improving)
Near 100% attendance. Real life comes first but we expect you to be dedicated to our raid times
