For specifics, probably about 75k across all my characters. Only have one max level character, and all my alts are time sinks, not used for farming, pvp or raiding.

Played since vanilla, most gold I had at one time was 68k. Right now I have like 15k but I intend to sell a token when they become available.

I hover between 100 and 300k. Usually because when I get around 100 I scramble and make money and once I get around 300 I lose interest and get lazy. This cycle usually goes the course of an expansion.

As of last night, Altoholic showed 192k on my alliance server. Probably have something around ~50-60k on my Horde side, since I know I have ~4k sitting on 10 level 30-60-ish characters, and whatever is on the sole Horde 100.

Still haven't fully recovered from the big 90-100 Heirloom upgrade extravaganza, since each time another one hits 100, stupid Garrison is like a ~20k hit to upgrade all of the Large/Medium/Small buildings.

All I do for gold is clear one of the various Cata raids on 25H with my wife as we sit in a LFR queue for each wing, plus whatever the salvage yard/missions bring in.
