Hi! We are currently looking for a couple healers and ranged dps to fill out our Mythic roster as we push further into BRF. We are in particular need of a Paladin healer.

Raid Times:
Tuesday: 7 PM - 11 PM PST
Wednesday: 7 PM - 11 PM PST
--Thursday will occasionally be used if we're close on a boss or know we can kill a boss, or for clearing farm content (schedules permitting).

<Social Skills> consists of players who have raided since Vanilla WoW and have extensive experience with endgame HC raiding. We are looking for other like-minded raiders who want a light schedule and corresponding or above average progression.

Loot Distribution: Modified loot council
We use the RC LootCouncil addon to distribute loot. The 3 officers will decide who receives an upgrade based on:
-Upgrades that will benefit raid as a whole (e.g. tanking weapons)
-BiS considerations
-Attendance
-Performance.

Raiders are expected to come prepared with flasks, food, enchants, gems, and knowledge of the fight at hand. Strategies will be readily available on the website. We regularly run content outside of raid, including achievement runs! The raid atmosphere is casual and lighthearted with a definite lean toward focus and personal accountability during progression encounters. If we sound like a good fit, please apply! We will accept any exceptional applicant as a trial, even if our recruitment section doesn't reflect the class/spec as a current need.
