TellMeWhen Custom Sound

Hello!

I've just started using TMW, coming from Weakauras. I just wondered what exact settings/notifications and triggers I have to set for a sound file to pop when a certain amount of buffs are procced. In this case it'll be two trinketprocs along with a weapon proc. As soon as those three are online, no matter the remaining duration, I want a custom sound file to play.

To be as simple as possible: I want a sound to occur as soon as I've gotten three buffs up, and I want it just play once.
