Elemental Shaman came back for to raiding - need advice on logs

Hello,

As title already states, i just cam back to raiding at start of BRF. Unfortunately after the 6 months break i can't get back in shape and familiarize with the new changes made to elemental shamans. As i hope to recover my old rank in the raiding team i have to improve asap .

These are my logs and armory. If you have any advice please let me know as i'm quite desperate to improve.
