Rogues are mostly for phase 3 soaking the massive smash (you can 2 rogue it like we did though, just means the tank with the slag debuff has to get in to replace the missing 3rd rogue)

the 3rd moonkin is just to make balconies easier, but you can do it with 2, 3 is just a little easier.

Hunters is mostly for phase 3 debris soaking / 3 foxes in phase 1. You can do it with 2, our rekill this week our monk main went back onto his monk instead of his hunter.

All they changed was making the siege tank damage count from aoe to now not aoe.

It's not an exploit though. Blizzard intended for you to ignore the 4 new siegemakers they designed specifically for mythic.

I wouldn't say they are ignored, just simplified but with slightly different challenges. Since you need to use a tank for it, it probably falls within similarities to stacking debuff on Amber Shaper to elongate P2 and really fast P3.

Blizzard should have made the battering ram from the siegemakers a 1 shot ability. This is ridiculous. A last boss shouldn't be trivialized to such an impractical degree.

Found an error - roughly 6:15 in, when describing the speedster engine, you say it swings faster. This is not true. All the sieges swing at a .8 second swingtimer. You can see this in logs:

Thanks, we always just figured it did since the seemed to always take more. As for people saying its a bullshit exploit, the fight still isn't faceroll x.x

Pretty true. We're fighting with the whole "not having a monk tank" and "boomkin+impale" BS at the moment. We've even gone as far as to consider lusting p2 to just end it quicker with the gear upgrades. Any specific reason you want to tank the explosive demo, rather than just keep kiting it? Boss is at 41% when it spawns, and 37% when the kiter drops aggro onto the tank. 7% hardly seems "worth" learning compared to just dragging it behind the raid and kiting it around for a hunter. If kited around the area between speedster/reinforced spawn, it should still fire off to the melee out soaking? (it cast a total of 5 mortars for you guys before transistioning).

We never really bothered to try, it took 0 effort to bring it on and the one time we couldn't vanish it off it kept mortaring on our demo tank so we said fuck it and kept bringing it in. It really was no big deal but without a monk if this works for you go for it

As for lusting in phase 2, we were doing that at first just to get to phase 3 but once we were very comfortable with phase 2 we stopped just so we could do phase 3 easier.
