Human PVP is ultimately the best, and gives you a massive extra 2000 versatility on use.
Massive decision to make considering they're different factions, id rather choose the faction/race I enjoy more than pick it for some racial ability that in the long run wont effect much (especially if you aren't in that top bracket of PvP).
Human have best garrison.
