Cheaper then that, only game played on it is Sims 3 and used for movies and internet.

Depending on what your price range is, you can get a decent gfx card in the way of the EVGA GT 730 1GB for $54.99, or the 2GB version for $69.99.
You can also step up to the EVGA GT 740 2GB for $83.77. Beyond that I would suggest an AMD R7 260X which would run around $117.50 for the 2GB version.
