I think compiling light brown/dark brown/chestnut brown/golden brown/etc into 1 category of "brown" is why there's so many people with brown hair :P

Damaging and looks stupid. Most people come out with one flat color.

Only damaging if you do it every month and don't look after it. I usually dye my hair darker and with a hint of dark red. No issues with damaged hair yet, might be more of an issue for women with long hair.

Natural colour is blonde, once in a while will dye it, but nothing permanent
