    Question A new Monk blog!?

    Hey guys!

I'm a new monk that yet has to reach level 100, level 85 atm. I wanted to read into some Monk stuff and ended up on MMO Champion. I was looking for blogs and I noticed that a lot of blogs are no longer active. That's when I came up with this idea: A blog about me playing my Monk in the end game and learning everything there is to know about Monks!

A blog like this may be fun for newly dinged lvl 100 Monks ready to start preparing for the end game content or just people who like to read about a Monks life.

What do you guys think? Would you read it?

    Just looking for advice here

    Oh looks cool!

EDIT: My blog would be more overall tho, like all specs or just basically w/e I do like doing old content advice on soloing etc. Pretty much like 'a daily life of a monk stuff'.

Blogs all have the potential to appeal to a different sort of audience depending on what you're aiming for and if you can make the writing interesting/entertaining. To add to what ElDoorO posted, TotalTotemic also has a blog at http://totalsbrewtalk.net/ which is Brewmaster only and http://totaltt.net/ for the rest of his stuff.

If you think your style of writing, blogging, or particular perspective of playing something is interesting enough and is worthwhile for you to put the time and effort to make a blog I'd say go for it whether your goal is to have 10 people reading your blog or 10,000 people reading your blog. Even if it ends up being a sort of journal that you can just refer back to as a spot in time and you're satisfied with it I'd encourage you to go for it. A friend of mine on twitter blogs https://twitter.com/Darklady_EU at http://brewmistres.blogspot.co.uk/ and you'll notice it varies quite a bit from Sunnier's or Total's.
Every time you say "Brewmasters need to stay at 40-60% to be optimal" your favorite deity kills 10 kittens. Here is how it actually works from the Sparkle Dragon's mouth

There is certainly some people who're interested in the growth of people similar to the growth of a character in a good book. I'd think the key to that would be making your story of growth as a new player (monk in this case) to one of some skill would be making that journey interesting and something that your audience can relate to. It'd probably also hinge on you being somewhat diligent about it because you'd probably want it to be somewhat episodic and you may want to look into doing it on a sort of schedule (once every three days, a week, two weeks, ect.).
