Let's not consider africans the same as black Americans. Race wise. We don't typically consider Persians white even though they are or middle easterners. It would be fair to view African races as different from black Americans as Persians and middle easterners are from white Europeans.

I wouldn't consider a Somali disliking black Americans as inter racism. Or a bantu or any other African race.
