I opened a ticket to get an old blizzcon 2010 pet in WOW and i receive from a GM an answer that my code is valid but i have to wait months to maybe get the loot...

Then waiting is really all you can do. I'm not sure what else you would expect.
Of course, it may just be a low tier GM, you could try ticketing again asking for a proper explanation, or calling customer service. I would just call once. Because chances are, if you don't get an acceptable response the first call, all calls will not be acceptable to you.
