Macro or Addon to auto accept the "Are you sure" message?

So that confirmation window that comes up asking you if you're sure you want to do something, be it delete something, buying something on the Ah etc

Is there some universal macro or setting to auto confirm this?

I keep it macro'd and dragged down to G, it's incredibly useful.

EDIT: Came back and re-read this when I got home and wasn't half-asleep anymore, and automatically doing that would be botting, so no you can't automatically do it.
