Question, is shadowmeld used in your rotation? I noticed it in your icons and weakauras.

Also I notice that often when you find yourself in conflict of low duration rip and low duration savage roar, you go for rip, would you recommend that or should I go for savage roar?

shadowmeld is on the rotation indeed tho i think the dps loss from not using its minimal i believe other ferals can correct me if im wrong

about savage roar and rip lets say you have 5 sec remaining on both and you are with 5 cp getting rip up will allow you to use savage roar even with 1-2 cp and then refresh it with full duration (5 cp) you cant do this with rip

those are the important ones the icons that you see above my target frame are from droodfocus now weak auras

shadowmeld is about 1% dps increase.
so not that big of a deal but if u're a nightelf it's some free extra dps

with shadowmeld - do you guys use a macro like

/cast shadowmeld
/cast shred / rake

??

and I imagine it's a slight increase if you can get the free savage roar out of it, especially if you have a scenario like mentioned above, SR has 5 secs and RIP has 5 secs, you have 5 CP = rip --> shadowmeld --> (rake / shred) = full SR?

Unless I'm doing something wrong, hitting rake whilst in shadowmeld does not refresh glyphed savage roar, but it still procs enhanced rake. Can't re-prowl during shadowmeld either.

I've pretty much been using it for enhanced rake only (generally after incarnation has worn off and the last rake is about to expire) - I have not noticed it proc savage roar, nor do I think it is worth using it on a shred (unless you want to gamble for a crit if you're starved for energy and need to get an extra combo point for rip/sr).

This is just my experience with it anyway.

I used it for enhanced rake but I noticed it wasn't giving extra savage roar so I figured it didn't work, guess I'll put it on my bar.

What program did you use to make the intro?? Its really awesome!!

Watched your Gruul video and you didn't recast your rake before TF ended during your opener which is a dps loss. Also you overrid a TF+BT Rip with just a BT Rip during the beginning as well. Unless you don't have enough time to cast a 5 point SR after you should try and wait out the rest of the TF+BT Rip.
