Possible unpopular opinion incoming. Necrophilia seems like a victimless crime.

This is disgusting, that judge should be in jail. Sad that most people agree that we have to rely on the "justice system" in the prisons to take care of this filth, instead of our "legal" justice system. Says a lot when it is better to rely on criminals in jail to dispense justice instead of our government officials doing the right thing. Our government, and its branches, are a failure on so many levels that is amazing that anyone still supports it. When you can not protect three year olds from total degenerates, what good is your "system" of gov't? It is good for nothing and a total failure from the top to the bottom.

Well that didn't take long, did it. Too bad it wasn't an atheist, homosexual, female judge. His head might explode with rage.

Once the other inmates find out his sentence was reduced, he'll for surely be killed that much faster.

    Well played judge, well played.

His sentence will be corrected on appeal. The prosecution already said that they are appealing. What, exactly, do you want to happen to this man other than to stick him in the box where we stick all the other people that are too shitty to follow the rules?

    For being soft on crime?

I don't really think anyone is going to accuse republicans of that any time soon.

Corporate crime, and massive theft, maybe.

And Lol at the people using this horrible story as an excuse to take petty pot-shots at their political counterparts.

I might not express surprise if I heard that a religious conservative state in the Bible belt passed some ridiculous anti-gay statute, but I would never conflate political affiliation with tolerance of something so terrible as child molestation. Nor would any reasonable person.

Still kind of confused why the judge from Orange County is just being assumed a liberal.

Fighting partisan bullshit with more partisan bullshit just leaves us with twice as much partisan bullshit. Maybe we could all just, I dunno, try to be less stupid.

Talked about this with Erin, once. Necrophilia's fine if you get permission from the next of kin.
