How can I improve?

I've spoken to a number of shamans to help me improve, better ones aswell as worse ones.
I feel like I am a general good shaman, but not a great one. I need to improve and I need this forumparts help.

I can't post links to my logs and armory (old account got deleted somehow), but my character's name is Hertho on Kazzak EU.

I've played shaman for a while now and I'm aware that we are not in the best postition of melee dps at the moment, bu that is fine.

You can still post reports even if you can't link directly to them. The URL will be something like warcraftlogs.com/reports/gibberish. Post the "gibberish" part and people can just copy/paste that to find the report(s).

I haven't played enhancement since Cataclysm, though, so I can't actually help you with your main spec.
