-Cabbie never forced them to get out or touched them.
-Cabbie never mentioned sexuality.
-Cabbie made a reasonable request that millions of cabbies make of people every day all around the world.
-The two women refused to pay their fare, ie: they committed a crime.

I love it when people take a court case and present one party's version of events as "facts". Clearly, the court didn't believe this story and found him guilty of discrimination.

P.S. Cabbies telling people they can't kiss in the cab is a regular occurrence? If a taxi driver told me I couldn't kiss a girl in his taxi I'd tell him to get fucked and leave too.
