Season 3? What happened to season 2?

Honor: 625 -> 700
Honor: 680 -> 710
Conquest: 705 -> 735

EDIT: Seems like season 2 gear is added aswell, and has the same item level as season 3. I don't get it

The gear looks horrible as always. I don't understand why PvE gear always has to look so much better.
