GENERAL

* You can now once more apply runes to equipped items that lack a corresponding wardrobe slot (belts, rings, etc).


DUNGEONS AND INSTANCES

MOUNT SHARAX

* Players can now use a portal at the entrance to go directly to the Yrlwalach boss.

RHEN OF FATE

* Players will no longer be able to use pets while fighting the Drekanoth of Fate in this instance.


ITEMS

* Fixed an issue where Hammerknell Instant Adventure loot could drop in the open world.

Yeah, I managed to log in about 3 minutes before just to send out minions and rushed to get everything collected/resent. Hoping that it takes and I didn't lose out on the missions.

There was supposed to be a nerf to 'pre-mades' in Conquest getting limited to 5-man group only, not seeing it in the hotfix #15 notes

GENERAL

* Bank vault names now persist through logout.
* Fixed a bug that could cause some enemies to vanish too abruptly.
* Target dummies and other benign NPCs will no longer cancel duels when aggroed.
* Implemented potential performance improvements when teleporting into Margle Palace. Please let us know if this helps!

Not sure if a typo or it got put in by mistake but first few hotfix notes are the exact same as last weeks, oh well, here's hotfix #16

Also it's a six hour downtime to do server cluster maintenance.

GENERAL

INSTANT ADVENTURE

* Fixed an issue where some players would stop getting quest objectives for an IA group in Cape Jule.


CLASSES

CLERIC

* Inquisitor: Judicial Privilege: In PvP, this ability now heals for up to 25% Max Health after receiving 5 attacks, down from 50% after 5 attacks.

ROGUE

* Nightblade: Twilight Transcendence: In PvP, this ability now heals for 25% Max Health over 4 seconds, down from 50% over 4 seconds.

DUNGEONS AND INSTANCES

NIGHTMARE COAST

* Hydal Ithral can no longer be kited indefinitely.


PVP AND WARFRONTS

* When 20 man Conquest premades are disabled, you will no longer have other players automatically placed into your five man (or smaller) groups as they join.
