cast on someone from another server?

hey guys i was wondering if there was a way to make a macro to cast on someone from another server?

i used to use /cast [@mouseover, help] [@Québecois,help] vigilance to vigilance my off tank but our tanks changed now ours is on another server and the same macro doesnt work when i use it (with his name obviously.)

This works for me with all kinds of spells / abilities
