HM and BRF missions

Hello! So i know u need 15 HM HC kills and 21 BRF HC kills to unlock the mythic mission. However im wondring if u have to be loot eligble for the bosses or can u grind it out all in 1 week?

Have to be loot eligible.

During the first I think it was 1-2 months of Highmaul you could spam farm the 15 kills in the 1 week, but that was changed.
