C-mode question

Do you think dispels are mandatory for Gold C-modes in WoD? If not how would go about it? Like UBRS boss and trash for Auchindoun for example.

For even Gold, I would say so unless you got perfect stuns. Otherwise you lose a rather hefty amount of time trying to outdps the heals/shields and then some even more dangerous enemy buffs like the briarskin or rapid tides in the Everbloom council boss.

What's your composition? Surely there must be at least one class that can dispel offensively. For example DKs can glyph Icy Touch and bank the rune/BT for an incoming buff if they must.

An offensive dispel is 100% required; the UBRS timer is fairly lenient, but you still need to dispel the heal from the second boss for example, and there's a huge amount of trash that buff themselves with fairly nasty things. Most groups should be able to get their hands on someone that can dispel offensively without too much of a problem – DK (glyphed Icy Touch); Hunters (Tranq Shot); Mage (Spellsteal); Priest (Dispel/Mass Dispel); Shaman (Purge); Warlock (Felhunter/Doomguard); Prot Warrior (Shield Slam). That's 7 of the 11 classes.
