I'd have done everything possible, without it changing who I am initially.

Bulletproof skin, superhuman organs, stronger muscles an bones etc, ability to save and load memories.

Remove the diabtes trait, cancer trait, and maybe the sickle cell one also. I'd also up my matabolism for a better chance at wight lost, and fix my eyesiht and teeth.....I think from there I'm good, but this would probably be like a 600000$ cost if not million if the tech existed.

I am not so ambitious as you. If i could reverse my arthritis i have and keep a healthy body, I would do it. It is hell getting old; I would rather be *young* until I had to shutdown. We all have to die sometime, but to have the energy and vitality I had 30 years ago? YES, it would be worth the risk.

But I'd definitely do some genetic modification if possible.
Denser bones, better eyes, basically a more durable version of myself.
If anything I'd want the cybernetic technology outside of my body if possible, that way if it malfunctions or shortcircuits I won't be fucked.
Wings sound nice but heavily impractical (we're talking about cyber implants and genetic modification but i'm talking about practicalities..) seeing as they'd have to be absolutely massive or I'd need hollow bones to actually gain lift.

My guess is cost would come down curing some things and other processes would be stream lined cheap as more opt for it.

At this moment it's very difficult, but theoretically it's possible. An artist made skin made of human cells + spider silk proteins that was bullet proof.

Chitinous Skin would be cool, extra durable like a lobster. Scorpion like skin for surviving hot dry climates or even shark/ray skin for improved swimming speed (even though its rough like sandpaper). Personally prefer the crustacean type though for myself. better eyesight would be cool, imagine mantis shrimp quality eyes able to see infra red/polarized light with a nice zoom function.

Better bone/muscle durability. If its not genetic but technological then make it nano bots that self repair and can be upgraded without having to be removed/internally replaced. being able to breath underwater would be nice but probably one of the hardest to implement in a human body, but we could enhance our lung capacity to help hold our breaths for longer deeper dives. Imagine 30 minute dives like some whales.

Improve reaction time/reflexes
Add 4 extra arms, and the neural paths required to operate them
Add telekinesis, pyro/cryo/electro/etc-kinesis
