Not because of pain but because of emotions. Sure.
Ok first things first, you start by concentrating on a thought, or image in your mind, then you think about the circumstances surrounding that image, and what about it makes you feel sad, such as well whatever, then you sustain that thought, with observing different variables.
Once you have that then you go ahead and just let nature do it's course, unless you don't have any tear ducts like Klingons, then, you simply allow whatever happens happens, until you let out a shreek or yelp. YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Should sound something something like Chewbacca, watching Star Wars as a reference is helpful.

I think I've had some Pavlov stuff going on.
I can't watch the TV or a movie without crying. No matter what it's about. Happy tears, laughing tears, sad tears, sympathetic tears, "that food looks so delicious I'm gonna die"-tears.
I can't watch TV without crying. :|
Sometimes in a fit of rage. Which is odd. Like, I'm about to fight someone rage.
Sometimes something silly will hit me in the feels, like General Nazgrim fight in that wow game, or when Ga'nar sacrificed himself. Orcs do heroic shit.
I usually cry at random times cause I bottle up all my emotions and they just randomly release.
gotta love those 4 word OPs
When my allergies go rampant, my left eye cries a river. I think of myself as a very sensitive person, but the last time I really cried was years ago, after being kicked in the balls. I didn't even cry when my dog died, and man I loved that dog. I must confess that some song lyrics have got me closer to crying than I'd like to admit.
Not at all. I am not overly emotional outwardly. As in I naturally tend to not show my feelings much at all.
Though I am highly opinionated and comfortable in expressing my views/feelings.
i get really emotional (including crying) when watching movies and such way too easily. which is kinda weird, because irl there is almost nothing that makes me cry, or even just really sad. but i imagine the former is a consequence of the later: not being able to live emotions properly, then having those emotions coming back disproportionally strong when i'm in a situation that feels 'safe', so to speak.
only been like that for a few years though, i used to not really be touched by fictional stories at all.
i don't cry. i'm just watering my face. with my eyes. it saves me time from having to use the sink.
I cry very very easily - but not like, sobbing and wailing, just shedding tears. Books, movies, thinking about sad things... it is actually very annoying to be watching a sad OR happy movie and tears are escaping. Really happy things tend to set me off just as much as really sad. Most of the time I'm really not feeling especially emotional.
I'm crying right now, room is flooding, send help.
Only when I get something in my eye.
9 out of 10 people agree that in a room full of 10 people one person will always disagree with the other 9.
