Oooooh, that makes it interesting then. With current gear and the trinket at 33% of AP, it could be worth using if your average hit is less than about 150k, which is the case on several fights in Foundry. Could also be useful for challenge modes, depending on scaling. Of course that still leaves the problem that Dreyen pointed out of it not increasing damage, but that's easy to fix, for example see the Brewmaster bonus.

Hmm something like Kromog could be decent, the hands phase and the stone breath. Also blast furnace from melee damage of bosses and mini boss debuff too. Beastlord could be good for the adds and the little instances of damage from spears and his rumble thing as well as the DoT he leaves. Might have some application for Thogar, lots of adds and dots there which can be reduced. Don't see much use for other fights like Gruul, Oregorger, Blackhand, Flamebender or Iron Maidens though.

Seems slightly less situational. Would still like an offensive use.

As long as it isn't "solved" in the same way as Brewmaster by making SD actively increase our damage. I think we're already throwing enough proverbial eggs into one SD basket as it is.
