Elvui fonts issue

Hello.

I've gone to the General > Media to change the fonts of everything to what I want and the size I want, but this doesn't seem to apply to quest titles, my character pane tooltips and the box where I type chat in.

To clarify, the fonts on quest titles when I speak to a quest giver and the titles of missions in my garrison table are still the Blizzard font. Also, the size of the font of the tooltip when I mouse over my gear and when I type in chat is still smaller than others in my UI.

Where would I change this?

For me everything else works except that quest giver font. Have you tried reinstalling ElvUI / disabling other addons?
