looking for a good portable scanner

So I'm looking for a good mobile/portable flatbed scanner I can keep in my backpack. So far I've found the following but I'm looking for more options.

What phone do you have? Because most modern phones make really great pictures and there's a plethora of good scanner apps for mobile phones/tables, free and paid. Some phone carry 12MP+ camera's nowadays.
I use ScannerPro on my iPhone/iPad, but apps like Evernote, Google Drive and Onebox have "scan" buttons build in to them as well.

Just a suggestion you might want to check out, might save you a buck and bag space.

Cheap-ass flatbed scanners are about the same size as 15" laptop and get power from USB.

Unless you need stand-alone scanner like the one you linked.
