I like the lack of bidding on those Mythic boots.
Having someof the top ranking guilds on my server makes it hard to get Mythic pieces for a nice low price :P

Who needs to buy mythic items if you get them for free from your garrison every 2 weeks?
Mythic items in BMAH stopped being anything extraordinalily desirable the moment patch 6.1 dropped.
I vendored these boots a week ago as I got MWF from Thogar already (BiS for BM)

When you continue to get the same items from Mythic caches then BMAH items are still pretty good :P
