I was rarely ever hugged growing up so for the first 20ish of my life I didn't. I rarely hug family, its just awkward, its never been something we did. I think the first time I hugged my sister was when my mother passed away, I was 29 and she was 24.

Though I hug my child all the time. Nothing calms your heart more than having your lil one run up to ya and give you hug.
