I can't think of a legitimate reason why someone would vote no to this.
Haven't read one either in this thread yet either.

No. I go to Reddit quite a lot, the amount of times I've been down voted for something that shouldn't be down voted is ridiculous. You see it all the time, it would not be a good direction for these forums.
"Oh, that guy has a different opinion than me, DOWN VOTED".

It promotes less free thinking and more of a mob mentality, so no.
MMO-Champ is just fine the way it currently is.
Nah, I'd rather people post to encourage more people to express their opinions rather than posting in hopes of getting a +1 or whatever. If it did get implemented, I'd like the option to hide it so I wasn't encouraged to participate.
This is a good time for this http://midortechies.com/2015/04/18/s...front-page-78/
Absolutely applicable for all "voting" systems. Making posting about maneuvering hard to the flows of the current circle jerk is just retarded.

You cannot hold true debate if one side is silenced.
Fact (because I say so): TBC > Cata > Legion > ShaLa > MoP > DF > BfA > WoD = WotLK

Only if there is upvote/like option and not downvote. A like button will save a lot of "this /10chars" posts, but a downvote button will bring lot of trolls
The trick of selling a FFA-PvP MMO is creating the illusion among gankers that they are respectable fighters while protecting them from respectable fights, as their less skilled half would be massacred and quit instead of “HTFU” as they claim.
i would downvote anyone who wouldn't agree with me so i guess it's best not to implement this.
Speaking only for myself, no.

No. Let WoW keep it's system and MMO-Champ keep it's system.
Nah, it would be oppressing. Everyone has a voice that equally deserves to be heard. We already have moderation for trolls.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
But was where Dalaran?
On one of my football supporting communities, this works wonderfully.
That's a fansite, though, where everyone pulls in the same direction; they want the team to do well. Here... The community is much, much larger and is far more divergent.
There are also obvious trolls, baiters and imbeciles here. I just don't think you can make a system like this work.
