This could have been interesting if the situation was remotely realistic.

Even if this party was being held a bungee facility, those kind of supplies are kept under lock and key because they aren't cheap and because uncertified people shouldn't have access to them. If you can remember how to open a lock when drunk, you can remember jumping off a building will kill you.

How tall is this building? If it's less than 3 stories I would just let them. Jumping off a 2 story building probably wont kill them, but they would definitely learn a lesson.

Depends if I like them or not. Could be a hilarious way to see an idiot go splat. A friend I would stop instantly though.

Such a scenario happened in Reno a while back, no alcohol involved. There was this group who would bungee off of roadside billboards, the huge king that are like 60 to 80 feet in the air. They measured out the bungee wrong and the first guy to jump broke his neck and paralyzed himself for life.
